Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Bite: Fishing Game (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions (Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the App.

Price and purchases

The App is free. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising. The fishcoins earned in the game are a game mechanic only: they have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for anything outside the game.

Offline use

The App runs entirely on your Apple Watch and requires no internet connection, no account and no companion iPhone app. It does not depend on any service that could be discontinued.

Content and availability

Features may change with future updates. We aim to keep the game working correctly, but the App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Entertainment only

Bite is a game. Its fish species, sizes, seasons, locations and catch mechanics are simplified and fictionalised for play, and are not a guide to real fishing, angling regulations or wildlife. Follow your local fishing laws.

Privacy
