Agreement

The App is licensed under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, part of the Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

These Terms of Use are supplementary: they describe how Bite: Fishing Game (the "App") works and how to reach its developer. They do not replace Apple's Standard EULA, and where the two disagree, Apple's Standard EULA prevails.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the App.

Price and purchases

The App is a one-time purchase. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising. The fishcoins earned in the game are a game mechanic only: they have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for anything outside the game.

Offline use

The App runs on your Apple Watch and needs no account and no companion iPhone app. The game itself works entirely offline: every fish, price and trip is decided on your watch, so nothing stops working when there is no signal. The one thing that uses a connection is the optional usage data described in the Privacy Policy, and the game plays exactly the same whether you allow it or not. The App does not depend on any service that could be discontinued.

Content and availability

Features may change with future updates. We aim to keep the game working correctly, but the App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Entertainment only

Bite is a game. Its fish species, sizes, seasons, locations and catch mechanics are simplified and fictionalised for play, and are not a guide to real fishing, angling regulations or wildlife. Follow your local fishing laws.

Privacy

The App collects no personal data. With your permission it sends anonymous usage counts to the developer, which you can refuse or switch off at any time in Settings, and which are never shared with anyone. See the Privacy Policy at https://bite.olxstr.cc/privacy
